Multi-pack Yogurt Filler & Sealer Manual

An affordable and easy to operate machine for the filling of 6pack smooth yoghurt containers.  Three individual holding tanks allow the filling of three flavor's, two cups per flavor.  The accurate piston pumps have a common main adjustment and individual fine adjustments. 

The mechanically operated sealbar mechanism latches to that the same pressure is applied every time. The sealbar profile is CNC machined to the pattern required by the client.  The control panel have a pushbutton switch to start filling cycle and continuous run switch to rinse machine for cleaning
